  • Where are your gowns made?
AVEC AMOUR Bridal is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Since every gown is designed and made entirely in the U.S., our pieces are not subject to international tariffs or import duties.
  • Do you offer customizations on your designs?
Yes, we offer customization options for our bridal gowns. Elements like train length, overall length, and dress volume can be tailored to your preferences.
  • Are your dresses made to measure or standard sizing?
Every gown is custom-made to your measurements.
  • What fabrics do you use in your gowns?
Our gowns are constructed exclusively from pure, natural fibers—featuring a cotton lining for structure and breathability, and an outer layer of 100% silk.
  • How do I place an order?
Since this is such a personal process, we begin by meeting with the bride to discuss her vision and explore the options we offer. This conversation helps us understand her expectations and see how they align with our approach. Only after this initial meeting do we move forward with a formal agreement.
  • How long does it take to make a gown?
The timeline varies depending on the gown and any additional features. Before the formal agreement, the bride receives a detailed schedule outlining when each toile will be ready, the dates for her fittings, and the expected completion date of the final gown.
  • Can I order a gown if I'm not based in Arizona?
Absolutely! We work with clients across the entire U.S. and are open to international orders. Please note that international commissions typically require a longer timeline, as the fittings and final gown deliveries involve tariffs, shipping and mailing between locations.
  • What is the process after I place my order?
We’ll follow the timeline we agree on and keep you updated every step of the way, so you always know how your gown is coming along. Usually, we send two toiles—these are draft versions of your dress in a simpler fabric, not the final silk. After you try on the first toile, we’ll make any needed changes and either send you the updated version or invite you for a fitting if you’re on the West Coast. Once the second toile feels just right, we’ll start crafting your final gown in silk. We’ll make sure your finished gown arrives with plenty of time before your wedding, or you’re welcome to pick it up here in person—where we’d love to arrange a special photoshoot to celebrate your dress.
  • Do you offer rush orders?
We completely understand the excitement to receive your gown quickly. However, since each dress is carefully handmade by us, we need enough time to ensure it meets the high standards and quality you deserve. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience.
  • How do I take my measurements if I’m ordering remotely?
We’ll provide you with a detailed measurement guide and a form to record your measurements. Additionally, we offer complimentary virtual meetings to assist you throughout the process and ensure everything is perfect!
  • Do I need to come in for fittings?
Not necessarily! If it works for you, you’re more than welcome to come by and visit us. If not, we’ll mail the draft dresses to you and set up a virtual call to go over everything.
  • What’s included in the price of the gown?
The price covers fabrics, labor, meetings, and U.S. shipping. Taxes are not included.
  • Do you require a deposit?
We offer several payment plans, all of which require an initial deposit to secure your place and begin the process.
  • Are there any additional fees (veil, train, etc.)?
Yes! The veil, train, and any other extra details are considered add-ons and will be an additional cost.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, Zelle, PayPal, and more. We’ll go over all the payment options and find what works best for you during our meeting.
  • Do you ship internationally?
We do! However, please note that international shipping costs, tariffs, and any additional taxes are not covered.
  • How is my gown shipped, and is it insured?
We carefully package each gown to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Your gown will be shipped via a reliable courier service with full insurance coverage included, so it’s protected throughout transit. Once shipped, we’ll provide you with tracking details to keep you updated every step of the way.
  • Can I return or exchange a gown?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our gowns, as each piece is made to your specific measurements and customized to your order. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions before placing your order.
  • What happens if my gown arrives damaged or doesn’t fit?
If your gown arrives damaged due to the carrier, please contact us immediately so we can assist with the claim and arrange a solution. Regarding the fit, since each gown is made to measure and based on a toile fitting, it should fit perfectly. If you have any concerns after receiving your dress, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

The Trianon gown is the inaugural silhouette for AVEC AMOUR Bridal — a tribute to Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette. This strapless gown features a fully boned, corset-structured bodice and voluminous pannier-inspired side draping that frames and refines the waistline, creating an hourglass effect.

The skirt is softly pleated to fall in folds, designed to move fluidly while maintaining volume. A minimal but statement-making option, the dress is offered with or without a detachable back bow and train for customizable styling.

This gown is handmade in the U.S. and it is not subjected to tariffs.
